Application preparation
Months 2—4Full application assembled: business plan, AML/CFT policies, responsible-gambling framework, technical platform documentation, and fit-and-proper packs for all principals.
GSC review and vetting
Months 4—9GSC conducts detailed review including background checks on principals, technical review of the gaming platform, and AML policy assessment. Management interviews may be requested.
Licence grant
Months 9—12Licence issued. Ongoing obligations activated: annual licence fee, quarterly financial returns, AML reporting, and GSC supervisory relationship commences.
